Rx Formulary

• 4,599 medications are covered at a $0 copay. These medications span 27 therapeutic drug classes.
• 1,423 additional medications are available at up to a $14.95 copay. These medications are organized across 213 drug groupings.
• The maximum $14.95 copay can apply to up to a 90-day supply. Members pay the lesser of $14.95 or the actual medication cost, depending on the medication and prescription.
• Maintenance medications can be filled at one of approximately 70,000 pharmacies. Members can obtain a 30-day supply at retail and continue filling monthly.
• Home delivery is also available for maintenance medications. With the same copay arrangement, members may fill up to a 90-day supply through the home mailing option.
• The Complete Care Formulary is effective July 2026. Medications are listed alphabetically within each class or grouping. Formulary coverage is subject to change.

Virtual Primary Care & Urgent Care

• Virtual urgent care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at a $0 member cost. Members can connect with a physician for urgent and acute healthcare needs.
• Primary care appointments are available at a $0 member cost. Members can schedule an appointment with a primary care physician and connect by phone or video.
• Primary care appointments are available within 72 hours. Members may continue seeing the same physician to help maintain continuity of care.
• Routine health maintenance and chronic condition management are included. Physicians can assist with everyday healthcare needs and the ongoing management of chronic conditions.
• Prescription support is available. Physicians can assist with new prescriptions and prescription refills when appropriate.

Mental Health Support

• Members have access to licensed therapists and psychiatrists. Virtual care provides a convenient, secure, and private way to receive behavioral and mental health support.
• Behavioral health therapy is available at a $0 member cost. Members can connect with a dedicated licensed therapist for continued support.
• Mental health appointments are available within 72 hours. Care is available for concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, workplace issues, PTSD, and trauma.
• Psychiatry consultations are available for a $35 member-paid fee. Psychiatric services can include diagnosis, treatment support, and medication management.

This is a Pharmacy Subscription Program. IT IS NOT INSURANCE. We provide you direct access to medications at negotiated PBM pricing and Home Delivery Pharmacy pricing on a pre-paid basis. This program offers solutions for high-priced specialty medications. In addition, a discount pharmacy solution is available, where you search discount options and are directed to a specific pharmacy for low pricing. Sometimes, this can be your lowest price option. Only certain doses and quantities for each medication are offered through this program.

Your Rx Discount Card is NOT Insurance. Discount Only – Discounts are available exclusively through participating pharmacies. The range of the discounts will vary depending on the type of prescription and the pharmacy chosen. This part of the program does not make payments directly to pharmacies. Members are required to pay for all prescription purchases. Cannot be used in conjunction with insurance.
