Supplemental Insurance Benefits are different from traditional health insurance. These benefits pay you directly for costs related to injuries and illnesses, both on and off the job! Workers Compensation doesn't do that!

The Cancer Insurance policy provides benefits for Cancer and 32 specified diseases.

Your new Cancer plan provides:

• Increase in Stem Cell and Bone Marrow Transplantation from Maximum $7,000 to $15,000

• Increase in Radiation Therapy, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, or Experimental Chemotherapy Self-Administered from $375/month to $1000/month and Physician Administered $1600/month to $2500/month

• Breast Reconstruction has no limit; this will pay expenses incurred

• Hospitalization Confinement up from $200/day to $300/ for first 30 days

• No maximums for Extended-Care Facility, Hospice Care and Nursing Services

Accident Indemnity Plus Insurance provides direct reimbursement for medical treatment received for covered accidents, injuries, ambulance services, hospitalization, or accidental death. The plan pays regardless of what your primary insurance covers with no coordination of benefits.

Your new Accident plan:

• Cover ICU admission of $500/year
• Double laceration benefits
• Rehabilitation Unit Admission of $250/year
• Accidental Ingestion of Controlled substance up to $500/year

Plus:

  • $50 Wellness benefit payment. Each covered person receives $50 for one wellness screening per year. 21 screenings are covered, including mammograms, colonoscopies, stress tests, plus more!
  • Youth Organized Sports Benefit.
    • This benefit will help pay for the medical and dental costs typically incurred with youth sports injuries, or anything else you might need financial help with!
    • If your dependent child (Age 18 or younger) is participating in an Organized Sports Event or scheduled practice and is injured, you’ll receive benefit amounts as stated in the product brochure below.
    • The plan will pay an additional 25% of the total benefit paid for the covered accident, not to exceed $1,500.
